Our carriage-style duplex is one of four new styles of Independent Living cottage homes in The Village at St. Anne’s. With a variety of building lots available, Residents in the Carriage Duplex enjoy a beautifully constructed and spacious 1,269 square-foot dwelling with two bedrooms, two bathrooms, a back patio, a laundry room and a garage.
